Golden choker strung with dioptase gems, it magically adjusts its size to fit the neck of any wearer between a foot and roughly twenty feet tall. It oxygenates the wearer's blood from the air around them while worn, removing the physical (but not psychological) need to actively breathe. Not to be worn in polluted atmosphere, and while it is partially effective underwater, there is not enough oxygen dissolved in most water to support a warm-blooded anatomy the size of a human.
