This V-shaped sleeve will shift to adapt to all types of limbs, and will paralyze and restrict the limb's movement in on itself - wrist to shoulder, ankle to hip, wing to back, tail to pelvis.  The strength of the restricted limbs is redistributed evenly to the remaining limbs (so, for example, if a four-limbed creature restricts one arm, their remaining arm and two legs are each 33% stronger).  There are many copies of this item, and its effects stack - if ALL of a creature's limbs are restricted, they gain the ability to telekinetically move their body and can levitate themselves with the strength of all limbs combined (but, it should be noted, they ONLY move their torso - they cannot use this telekinesis to remove the sleeves).
