====== Repulse/Retract Rings ======

These rings can expand or contract to fit snugly around fingers, toes, wrists, ankles, or tails (use on the neck is not recommended.)  One command word causes the rings to move away from each other as far as possible, and an opposite command word brings them together, so a wearer can be forced into a spread eagle position or contracted into a ball - or, if the rings are placed on multiple people, those people can be forced together or apart.
