This leather riding crop appears normal (and can certainly be used as a crop), but, if the wielder traces a perfect circle with it, it generates a spherical field of intelligence-dampening aphrodesiac effect that lasts for one hour.  Savvy users will, of course, remember to keep their head outside of the dome they create at all times.
