+These sturdy shoes allow the wearer to stand on their tiptoes indefinitely, effectively converting plantigrade legs to digitigrade legs with no loss of balance or undue strain to the foot and calf muscles.  Available in solid or cloven.  Caution - although normal gait should not be affected, wearers have been known to have difficulty using ladders or descending stairs.
