+This collar turns its wearer into a living canvas.  Users can write or draw on the subject's body with their fingertip, creating lines and letters of light that remain visible, even over fur, feathers, or tight clothing.  Advanced users can also erase, change colours, make geometric shapes, or access different fonts.  The writings and drawings are deleted when the collar is removed.
